Thanks so much for stopping by! Please look around, poke around, check things out. Make yourself at home, leave a comment or two, share with a click on a few social media pages, and may you be blessed for taking the time to be here. Now, a thought or two about writers, writing, and the readers that follow them.
Just like the day you were born, so is the birth of a new story. A blank page with nothing on it. What wonders awaits as pen is put to paper? Will it be funny, or sad? A comedy or a tragedy? How about a thriller? Or a mystery? Horror perhaps? A real life event depicting actual happenings? Or a fiction book? How about fantasy? A tale that goes beyond the known abilities of the scientific and natural realms? Will this tale be wondrously written? Or just a dull ordinary bit of words shuffled together that the writer hopes will stir someone to see the greatness that lies hidden deep inside? An epic that pulls you in so deep that you can’t get out until you have finished reading the last word? Or a short piece of trash that gets thrown away? You, the reader, are the one who decides the fate of every story written; whether a timeless piece of wonder that surpasses the ages, or another book to put in the trash can. I hope that you will be kind in your decision, for authors are human, too, with feelings and emotions just like you. Be careful then, my friend, for some the future is held in your hands. Kind of scary to have that much power, isn’t it?
